Board of Directors of the Lowertown Future Fund, Inc.:

 

Reverend William Englund has been pastor at First Baptist Church of Saint Paul for mor than thirty years.  He has been actively involved in Lowertown serving on the CapitolRiver Council in a variety of capacities. He has also served on the Lowertown Redevelopment Corporation Board.  Bill is married with three children and two grandchildren.

 

John Mannillo has been a building owner, manager and commercial real estate broker in Lowertown for over 40 years.  He had served on the CapitolRiver Council for 38 years, serving as Chair at two different times.  He has been President of Saint Paul BOMA and acting Chair of the Heritage Preservation Commission. He has also continues to Chair Friends of Mears Park since its restoration effort in 1989. John is married and has lived in Saint Paul since 1975.

 

Tony Parrish is the Project Director of the Lowertown Residential Improvement District and advisor to the Lowertown Future Fund, Inc.
